Discuss the role of intercultural communication in at least two organizations to which you belong. Choose one of your present or previous workplaces, and choose one of your present or previous non-workplace settings. As you answer these questions, consider racial, ethnic, gender, and age factors, and other cultural factors as they are appropriate. How do organization members look? Where do they come from? What do they believe? What verbal patterns of communication do organization members display? What nonverbal patterns do they display? What do these tell you about their cultures? How would you describe the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of communication among various members? Illustrate your answer with examples
