Research project management methodologies that could be applied in your final project scenario. Compose a discussion post of your findings that illustrates how elements from different approaches may be combined. Discuss any pros and cons you discover regarding using elements from different approaches. Make comments and respond to at least two of your peers, providing feedback on what they posted.

6-2 Final Project Milestone Four: Framework Design – Small Group Discussion

You will be placed into a small group where you will discuss with several of your classmates how to synthesize knowledge of APM types to develop a framework to apply to your real-world project situation. You will need to identify any special methods you intend to integrate into the framework type that you selected and explain why you chose to integrate these methods.
