Write a program that prompt the user to input a date in YYYYMMDD format. The program will then fetch the
first available data file in terms of timestamp of the user specified day from the data resource in the data
portal named “Air Quality Health Index of Individual Air Quality Monitoring Stations (City Dashboard
Version)” and plot two different charts to visualize the data as the output. The first chart is a bar chart which
plot the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) in terms of numeric scale against the air quality monitoring stations
in different regions of Hong Kong. The second chart is a pie chart which visualize the distribution of the five
different health risk AQHI categories among all air quality monitoring stations.
