1) I would like you to use three major headings for your paper: (1) Introduction (this is where you state the main problems at Python — based on what I provided in the case), (2) Analysis (this is where you diagnose the problems at Python. In other words, this is the “meat” of your paper where you use course-related concepts to explain — not just report — the root causes of Python’s management issues), and (3) Recommendations/Solutions (where you propose specific recommendations for addressing each of the issues that you identified in your analysis).
2) In your analysis section, make sure you are doing more than just describing what is happening. For example, you discuss the stress employees are experiencing. However, you haven’t really explained how stress leads to performance problems and turnover.
3) You made some good suggestions regarding a need to change leadership styles. Now, you should make some convincing suggestions for managing stress.
4) I’m not sure you answered all of the questions in the instructions. There was a question about emotional intelligence. Please make sure you address all that was asked.
5) Make sure solutions are explained in detail (and address the problems that you identified in your analysis).
