Is Holacracy Really for Us? – Should Employees Really Speak Freely?

As an individual contributor, there’s often strong support for the concept of a self-managed team, however, in speaking with many managers and looking at classic management team structures, the concept is ill-favored. How do we transcend beyond this and create a corporate culture that embodies the flow of information both top-down and bottom-up? How do we support a work environment that reinforces individualism while simultaneously embracing a ‘corporate culture’?

Thoroughly review the article, ‘Creating the Best Workplace on Earth Download Creating the Best Workplace on Earth ,’ and shape a detailed response as to how you would reinforce the following:

  • Sharing      of individual ideas across the organization
  • Support      for individualism
  • The      embodiment of the corporate culture
