To be effective, a company must learn to motivate its employees to efficiently meet the goals of the organization. Using what you know about motivation and the field of I/O psychology, respond to the following: Propose at least three ways to motivate others in the workplace.Create a strategy for enhancing your own motivation in the workplace. Compare and contrast two motivational theories (found in Chapter 7 of your course text) of your choice.Finally, discuss the pros and cons of using financial incentives in the workplace.
