Write a well-developed, well-organized academic outline using summaries and/or quoted passages to describe how three different people have overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles to achieve impressive results.
1) In the introduction, develop an informative introduction with a hook, a brief summary, a clearly stated thesis.
2) Then, in the body paragraphs, discuss the challenges that three different people have faced (Santiago Baca must be one of them from the book “A Place to Stand”), how they have overcome obstacles, and the positive outcomes they experienced as a result of their surmounting hardships in their lives. Include quoted and/or summarized passages to illustrate each point for all three people (a total of nine quoted or summarized passages), and cite page numbers in MLA format.
Though you may choose to summarize (copying no more than three consecutive words), the majority of the examples must be quoted. Also, be sure to include detailed information from the text to support your claims.
3) Finally, write a conclusion reminding your reader of the main points of the paper, adding your personal perspective about the information, and leaving your reader thinking with a final, reflective remark.
