Project #1 Project Management In this assignment, you will build a project schedule using Excel. Research project management schedules that include columns for WBS; Task #; Task Action; Duration; Predecessor; and Resources. This project simulates the Analysis and Planning needed to purchase, setup, deploy and verify.IT equipment and services for a new academic building. Actors in the assignment include a PC Specialist (equipment purchase, software setup and PC support), a Network Specialist (Telecomm support), and an AV specialist (A/V requirements) who work together to provide the IT services in a timely manner.
It must be submitted as an excel spreadsheet and the Template provided should be used since it contains the fields that are part of the solution. Complete it as soon as possible to ensure it is submitted by the due date.
