During Weeks 7–8, you reviewed real-world issues, case studies allowed you to vicariously experience program evaluation in decision-making situations, particularly seeking funding through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to complete a program evaluation. This week, you will begin to write a Program Evaluation Grant: Request for Proposal seeking provide funds for a program evaluation you have been planning in your educational setting. Your completed Program Evaluation Grant: Request for Proposal must be supported by scholarly literature. The completed Program Evaluation Grant Request for Proposal must include the following:
- Description of Program
- Capacity
- Stakeholder Involvement
- Program Evaluation Plan
- Data Collection
- Dissemination of Information
- Financial Viability and Partnerships
- Program Evaluation Summary
- Attachments (may include Logic Model Flowchart, Program Evaluation Matrix, Stakeholder Presentation, and a link to your audio file)
