think the two potential solution would be either leave the Whole Foods
to manage their business the same they did just under new management or
slowly introduce the changes instead of changing everything from the
very beginning? If you agree I can write the first point.

After Amazon purchased Whole Foods they implemented changes almost as soon as they took over. Some of their plans include inventory changes, job cuts and eliminating most expensive items from shelves. The management strategy for those two companies are totally different which raised red flags and controversial discussions.
With every decision that is considered “wrong” comes solutions that could make that decision better. When management strategy changes it may cause the business to lose everything the company worked for many years.
We believe that instead of changing everything as soon as papers were signed Amazon should consider letting The Whole foods operate the way they did before new owner took over and just closely monitor their strategies. The Whole Foods exists for many years that proves they knew what they were doing and giving them a chance to continue that would make the relationship better. Another way to implement changes would be to slowly introduce employees with new ways of operating. Giving people time to adjust and regroup is important, not forcing new operating system would gain peoples trust.
