Introduction
Criminal justice leadership requires leaders to address difficult criminal justice public policy issues and to recommend change. How to respond to drug offenders is an example. Note, the public financial cost of enforcing drug offenses, to include incarceration rates, continues to climb.

Read the Chapter 7 Case Study. Then, answer the Case Study Questions at the end, integrating outside academic resources.
