- Define the problem.- The Problem will be falls in the hospital.
- Identify the problem to be addressed and the setting in which it occurs.-The Problem will be injuries due to falls in the hospital.
- Summarize and briefly discuss your proposal to address the problem.-The proposal will be walking rounds to prevent falls in the hospital. How will this proposal address the problem?
- Identify and discuss ethical, legal, and regulatory concerns relating to the problem.-All 3 must be addressed. For the regulatory that would be Joint Commission
- Explain why you chose the problem. -There have been an increase in falls at my hospital organization.
