Con: The cost has not decreased for everyone
- Insurance companies provide more benefits to cover people with preexisting conditions and because of that the people who have health insurance, their premiums take a hike.
- People having to pay penalties for not being insured.
- The average individual market medical costs increased after implementation of ACA.
- People earning little more than 400% of the FPL, cost them much more and do not qualify for the subsidies offered by ACA insurance plans.

I have posted my outline above and the references. it is a team project where everybody has to record a 3-5 minutes of video explaining and providing information on our respective topic. My topic is a con of the ACA which is that the cost has not been decreased for everyone. For this one, I am going to need the slides prepared for my part and the 3-5 minutes of speech.
