1. One key thing that is important when writing instructions to a reader is knowing their knowledge of the area or place. You cannot simply tell them to turn onto a certain street, then another, and so on. They will get lost easily and not know where they are going. You would need to give them some sort of direction, as in distance they would have to travel before they make a turn. Another factor is the simplicity of the instructions. You do not want it to be drawn out over a long sentence when you can get to your point within ten or less words. You also want to make sure your style and diction are appropriate for the reader, making sure they are not misinterpreting the instructions for a direction or project. You want to try to be positive in your writing, keeping all negative connotations out of your instructions. Factoring all of these in will help your reader interpret your instructions correctly and positively.
2. One must be expressive, intensive, and a determined reader to understand the reading arrangement better. The format, tone, and contents used play an imperative part in influencing the reader’s capacity to interpret them since of which numerous successful comprehension informational are being valuable for perusers to be free, vital, as well as metacognitive. They would get the data given within the same way it has been conveyed. Awareness of text introduction has got to be given with regard to characters, settings, topic, clashes and central issues, integration of pieces of information and writings, summarizing the imperative focuses, gathering the thoughts and ideas, etc.
3. The format or organization of your instructions affects readers’ ability to interpret and use them because it provides a structure to the instructions. It also helps organize them according to a clear, thoughtful, and rational pattern or sequence. If your instructions are disorganized (for example, the steps in them are out of order), readers can have a hard time understanding them and will be unlikely to use them, since they will be confusing and disorganized. But if your instructions are organized, such as in the steps being in order, for example, readers can understand, interpret, and use them. This means they will be more likely to use them. Therefore, when writing instructions, their format or organization needs to be kept in mind. Doing this will help readers.

1. Basic concepts in observational learning are attention, retention, reproduction and motivation. People watch others perform a skill, remember what they observed, and later replicate this behavior through their own basic skills. Based on the video I do believe that some behaviors could result from violence in television, media, and video games however, not always. I believe it happens mostly through observing these behaviors of those around us but I believed it is not limited to them. I don’t think it’s always because of television, or media, or video games. I believe it has to do with things we do not always know how to handle in everyday life.
I learned to do drugs and live a street life from my biological father and mother. I copied behaviors they had performed and picked up their habits. However, that wasn’t through television or media. This was a real life example of someone close to me not just a model for me to observe. These were people really close to me and people I was around for extended amounts of time.
Observational learning differs from conditioning because observational learning is learned behaviors from aquiring skills and imitating them. Conditional learning is an automatic response to something not a learned or imtated behavior.
2. Based on the video, I believe that violence in media is most likely to promote violent behaviors, but that isn’t always the case. In the video (Bandura,1961), you see the child acting on the violence shown to him, and it even increased more violent behavior that was not shown. I believe it is the same with video games and movies. Seeing people get hurt may make you comfortable or prone to seeing such acts. I want to use myself as an example, as I always do. I want to think that Negative Reinforcements made me less likely to treat people wrong because I was once poorly treated, so yes, it was something negative that I turned into a positive for myself. During the stimulus, I felt terrible but not enough to do it to others or make others feel how I did. I became used to it and almost thought it was coming because I was conditioned to that feeling just like the aminals used in The Skinner box. I would know when someone who be upset with me when I didn’t want to do something for them, I would be treated differently than others when they said no. So at times, I would become a “yes man,” so I wouldn’t get treated that way.
3. The basic concept that was demonstrated during the short video was what we can learn from others behaviors. Growing up in an aggressive home I would have told you there was no way that happens, because those around us were violent that us children would become the same way. Now that most of us kids are grown and have families of our own I can say we didn’t all end up with a short tempers, some of us ended up being scared of our own shadow, drug addicts and much worse. I do believe that our environment plays a major roll in how we choose to behave as we grow older. I also believe that the same goes for lack of emotions it can cause the same behavioral issues in children and young adults. I am gratefull that I am the way the I am today beacuse there was a time that my life could of ended up a lot different beacuse of the influances that were present in my life. I knew at a young age that I had to remove myself from that situation. My family and I are much better off for the choices that.
