and Please watch the March 23 recording before starting Awareness Tactics

at least one slide for each of the following, complemented with insights:

  1. REVISED STRATEGY( positioning statement needs to follow the formal template provided in the G-STIC framework presentation)
    • target segment: one of the following, Frequent Fryers, Nefarious Newbies, DoorDash Devotees, UberEats, and Equivalent Eaters (why this segment? challenges with this segment)
    • value props for the segment
    • formal positioning statement
  2. ATTRACTIVENESS TACTICS – should be based on/related to your strategy and supported with insights
  3. AWARENESS TACTICS – should have the goal to promote your attractiveness tactics, make target customers aware of your product/service and/or price/incentives changes
    • one “communication campaign” that would integrate different forms and mediums (e.g., targeted ads, experientials, hashtag challenges, influencers, etc…).

For the campaign,

    • find a creative campaign name
    • list your campaign goals
    • detail campaign process
    • include supportive insights
