1. Describe a change recently made in your organization with the goal of improving quality. If a change hasn’t recently occurred, describe one that you feel should be made.
2. How does this change relate to the vision/mission of your organization?
3. What was (or would be) the level of creative tension associated with the change? Describe some of the feelings, comments, actions, etc. that expressed the tension.
4. How did your manager deal with the tension related to the change? If you’re describing a change you’d make, how would you deal with the tension?
5. Do you feel creative tension is necessary?
