I have attached all the documents you will need for the exam, please follow the procedure.
* Leave all worksheets created during the exam in your workbook. To place StatTools reports in the active workbook, in the StatTools menu, go to Utilities>Application settings and set Placement to Active Workbook. Label all StatTools report worksheets with the question number and part (e.g “3d”). All work must be contained in the one workbook. As you complete a question, copy the bordered answer area on your worksheet and paste it as a picture in your exam document. Only content so transferred will be considered for grading. Be sure to leave enough time to compile your exam document in a clearly readable format well before the end of the exam period.
