Task 1: Review and analyze your philosophic inquiry
Go back to Lesson 1 to the “What is philosophy?” section and retrieve the file you saved in the “Philosophical question and reflection.” Look at it again using the reasoning and logic skills you have gained in this lesson. Highlight/annotate/comment on any errors in logic and gaps in knowledge you notice in your initial inquiry attempt. Submit the finished file for assessment.
Task 2: Research plan
Your review and annotated analysis should point you in specific research directions to help you understand and answer your question more fully. Pick one or two directions (questions you didn’t think to ask and answer before) and formulate a research plan. Give yourself at least 45 to 60 minutes to complete your review, analysis, and research plan. (You will need to update your research for your Assessment in Lesson 5.)
