For this assignment, clearly identify each team member’s contribution. For example, include their name(s) & roles for each section. We have 5 people in team. Economic Feasibility (Completed by Bill and Susie). You may also just include this in a summary table as an appendix to your plan.
Develop a baseline project plan for the following case: CIS-625-CASE-A-DENNS.pdf.
Cross-reference all relevant areas of your textbook for a complete BPP. (Do not just work from the example figure.)
The BPP is closely related to the Project Charter deliverable of Project Management. Consider the pre-initiation and initiation PM process management groups and the “quadruple constraint” of project success.
Identify the Inputs to your plan (e.g. Business Case) and make sure that their outputs are incorporated into your plan, e.g., a clear Value statement.
The BPP includes feasibility and whether to divide the project into sub-projects. You should be careful when defining the scope of your project to something that is manageable.
You will have the opportunity to ask follow-up questions to the client before submission. These questions must be prepared in advance and submitted in writing and will be answered during the next class meeting.
