Please complete the following preliminary WBS and WBS dictionary. (Note that you do not need to generate any schedule at this moment; Thus, this is not a Microsoft Project assigment!). Use any form (tabular or graphical form) to represent your WBS and WBS dictionary. Later, you need to use this information to develop your project Gantt chart. Use the following guideline in the syllabus:
- At least 40 work packages in the elaboration of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and at least five (5) branches in the level 1; at least three (3) branches in the level 2 for each branch; Eventually, you should have at least five parallel paths in the Network Diagram

How to create your WBS?
- Read 5.4. CREATE WBS process carefully in PMBOK. According to 5.4.1 in PMBOK, you have to use the Scope Statements (Project Charter) as an input to develop WBS;
- Then, choose one specific method to develop the WBS (refer to 5.4.2. CREATE WBS: Tools and Techniques, e.g. deliverable oriented or phase-oriented etc)
- Refer to 5.4.3. CREATE WBS: OUTPUTSto see what items should be included in the WBS dictionary. Just to provide more information on WBS dictionary, I have attached the form/template for WBS dictionary. Although it is not required to use the form, the template may provide some information that a WBS dictionary should include in a real world project. Your WBS dictionary should include at least “Description of Work” and “Resource Required” (high level, e.g. software engineers or mechanical engineers etc. Note: i will provide some template and notes for references. and even i will provide the project names
