1. Evaluate and compare the differing leadership styles, their philosophies, and their usage in business analysis situations.

Assignment Components

Write a 3-5-page paper on your own leadership style and how you would adapt to different situations:

  • Fit yourself into the leadership styles discussed in the material. What is your default posture?
  • Come up with at least three different situations where you had to exercise some form of leadership, based on actual experiences from your past. How did you change your approach for each?
  • The more specific examples you give to support your thinking, the better your paper will be!
