This reflection paper assignment is based on Aristotle’s virtue ethics.

1) Reflect on and examine your values and ideas about a good life.
2) Consider and describe a past/present/future ethical dilemma at work (or school) which is a result of a conflict between your values and another individual’s values
3) Reflect on how the issue was/is/could be resolved and the insights you gained
4) Consider how moral imagination was/is/could be (or not) utilized toward a resolution/decision.
The purpose of this assignment is to allow you to reflect on your personal values and examine the challenges one faces when working and interacting with individuals who hold different values. You will also reflect on how such ethical dilemmas can be resolved through moral imagination where both parties do not have to compromise on their ethical values.
