The original research proposal I had and completed was: How socioeconomic statuses within the city of Los Angeles affects the quality of access to an education.
Now, I need a research paper completed on evidence-based “best” practices or promising practices for
impacting some social inequality: research how all public schools should receive equal funding at the federal and state level. Similarly, Property taxes shouldn’t be divided by neighborhoods but by regions. (all homes that pay property taxes should go to the LAUSD total funding instead of just the local schools)
