Because you did such as great job leading the CPTED team, you have been asked by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to address an Insider Threat concern they have in one of their data centers. The perceived problem is with the security guards. In the last 4 months, 8 security guards have been fired, two have been arrested for collusion, theft of data center equipment is high, and DHS has worked with 3 different security companies with hopes of addressing this issue, but have failed. They really need on-site personnel at this site as it contains government secrets and critical foreign intelligence information. Provide DHS with a detail list of several things you would do to address this Insider Threat issue.
