Physical Assessment
Using the South University Online Library or the Internet, research male and female reproductive genitalia. Based on your understanding, create a 3- to 4-page Microsoft Word that includes the following information:
- Perform a physical assessment of male or female breasts (great opportunity to do breast exam teaching) on one of your chosen participants.
- Complete a detailed anatomy & physiological analysis of both normal and abnormal findings.
- Include the characteristics of the primary external structures, such as location, size, surface characteristics, consistency, nodes, symmetry, tenderness or pain, erythema, heat, or drainage.
- Write a concise note in the subjective, objective, assessment, and plan (SOAP) format for each participant encountered finding.
