Instructions
Chapter 2 of your text explores how to determine your own leadership style. Using the tools mentioned in the text, conduct a self-assessment of your leadership style and skills. You must reference at least two of the tools from the text. You should also include at least three supportive references in your paper, with at least one being an outside peer-reviewed source.
Submitting Your Work
Put your responses in a Microsoft Word document. Save it in a location and with the proper naming convention: username-Course Name-section-Unit x_Assignment.doc(username is your University username, section is your course section, x is your Unit number).
To view your graded work, come back to the Dropbox or go to the Gradebook after your instructor has evaluated it. Make sure that you save a copy of your submitted work.
