1.The EPM Personal Blog
Each member of the class team is required to create a ‘Personal Blog’ using the ‘Blogs’ tool on the EPM course homepage. This tool will be used for reflections on his/her (your) learning experience. It will represent a log for capturing individual information. This information may include answers to questions that I ask, or it may include questions that you ask of me, or comments that you would like to share, or ‘Trends’ that you identify in your ‘Trending Exercise.’
This is your personal blog; it is to be shared with yourself and myself (the site administrator) only.
You must make regular entries as part of your participation work in the course. These must be succinct (one-two short paragraphs) to enable you to exercise focused and targeted business writing skills.
Because this is a personal blog, you and I (ELK1) only, will share it.
You are required to make regular entries. See ‘Messages’ (eMail) and/or ‘Announcements’ (either ‘Checking-in’ in the morning or ‘Updates’ in the afternoon) for the details of other ‘Blog’ required entries. A ‘Blog’ entry must be targeted and written succinctly; One-to-two brief paragraphs in length.

2.Project Team(following the EPM team proposal )
Each ‘Project Team’ is required to deliver a ‘Team Presentation’ in support of your ‘EPM Project Portfolio Business Case.’ The presentation should be delivered in the form of an ‘Executive Summary.’ Each member of each ‘Project Team’ must deliver a five (5) minute presentation on the ‘EPM Project Portfolio Business Case.’
The presentation must be supported with a presentation slide deck (MS PowerPoint is preferred.) Each slide should be titled and contain between three to five (3-5) bullet points, with or without graphics (as you choose.) The bullets should reflect the talking points around which you will deliver your presentation.
