watch the HBO Max documentary “Persona: The Dark Truth Behind Personality Tests.” If you do not have access to HBO Max (even after reaching out to your family, friends, and classmates for access), you can read/watch some of the articles and videos that review, critique, and/or provide commentary on the documentary by doing a quick online search. After watching the documentary or learning about the documentary from online sources, conduct a little research of your own to cultivate an informed perspective on the issue of the use of personality assessments in the workplace. Then, submit a 1.5 page reflection paper that summarizes what you learned from the documentary as well as additional information that you collected on your own. In your paper, critically analyze the documentary for facts as well as information that you believe to be misrepresentations of the truth.
