Topic Chosen: Pay Inequity between Men and Women
Each student is responsible for selecting a specific topic within the area of Total Rewards and writing a scholarly paper. All students MUST get the approval of their term paper topic by the end of the 2nd week of the course in order to ensure that the topic is appropriate for the course and not overly broad.

Literature review: Background and History
Findings and Application to the business world: Students should write a comprehensive summary of the
key findings from the literature review and discuss the application of those
findings to the business world; i.e., the employee’s current or former place of
employment.
