I think i have a high metabolism, because of my lifestyle. i always move my body by doing some work outs and that could help when it comes to maximizing your metabolism. you can boost your metabolism by weight training, eating regular meals or snacks, resting and avoiding certain diets. when you lift weights you burn more calories even when you aresting. you can sabotage your metabolism by fasting for too long, leaving big gaps between meals is not good for your metabolism. also avoiding the weight room can sabotage your metabolism. protein is a must so if you neglect protein then you are also sabotaging your metabolism.
