You will receive 2 extra credit points on top of your final grade for completion. Not meeting the word count requirement will result in 0 points. Due Friday April 30 at 11am. No late work will be accepted.
- Provide a background on the project. What was the purpose of the project? What were the main deliverables?
- Based on your research and understanding, why did the project fail? Be sure to draw on prior lectures and readings to form your response.
- What could have been done differently to avoid project failure?
- What role, if any, did a lack of planning, leadership, scope management, or schedule management play in contributing to the failure of the project?
