In this lab, you will prepare training materials for a short training session. The training will then be presented online to a small group using iConnect Meeting.
Upon completing this lab, you will be able to do the following:
- Develop and deliver new or revised user documentation and training materials.
Necessary Material(s):
- MS Excel Spreadsheet*
- MS Word*
- iConnect Meeting (under the Chat tab)
Note: All materials marked with * are already installed in your lab environment.
Deliverables
- Outline of your selected training topic
- Select an intermediate level topic from MS Excel that you would like to train a small group on. The topic should be brief [i.e., pmt() function, filtering, IF() function, import/export data, data validation].
- The training session that you are going to present will be 5-10 minutes in length. Outline the material that you are going to use for the training session. Save the outline in a Word document named “LAB06.docx”.
