I’m working on a business multi-part question and need an explanation to help me study.

Cameron and Quinn (2011) propose a Competing Values Framework that defines four cultures: adhocracy, clan, market, and hierarchy. First, summarize this model and describe each of the four cultures. How has this model been used to study innovation? (Hint: Refer to the following articles: Naranjo-Valencia, J. C., Jimenez-Jimenez, D., & Sanz-Valle, R. (2011), Naranjo-Valencia, J. C., Sanz Valle, R., & Jimenez-Jimenez, D. (2010) & Obendhain, A. M. & Johnson, W. C. (2004)). Be sure to include a discussion on innovation and imitation. Finally, what type of culture (or mix of the adhocracy, clan, market or hierarchy cultures) would you most like to encourage in your own final project’s business? How specifically will you do this?
