To correct and edit the text sample using track changes, bringing it down to around 750 words, showing what you have eliminated, while structuring it into a possible presentable form with headings and styles etc., and providing your boss with a brief style sheet outline saying what styles you have used.
You need to send her four documents. The first with all track edit changes shown clearly for her agreement before they are accepted. The second with the corrections already ‘accepted’ by you with styles incorporated for her also to review. The third is short descriptive style sheet showing tag numbers and describing the styles you chose. The fourth is a 250 summary of why you think the book idea is a good idea (as described above).
