The reflection paper should be concise, yet thorough and thoughtful, with responses to the six questions or prompts. Thoughtful, professional reflection requires you to think critically about your learning, especially regarding your growth in professional knowledge, skills, and understanding of key concepts and issues such as:

The goal of this reflection paper is to facilitate your introspection and enrich your learning and development as a professional. The grade you receive will reflect how well you demonstrate reflective thought quality and support your conclusions or claims with evidence or concrete examples of how you have demonstrated certain skills or growth in particular areas.

Write a 6- to 8-page reflection paper that includes your response to the following questions based upon what you have learned throughout your academic coursework, reflecting on how you have developed as a professional as a result of the academic program you are completing.
