Instructions
This objective is meant to cause the student of leadership to examine, and then explain, the strengths of effective leaders. Medical students who wish to be surgeons learn from experienced surgeons. Law students learn from experienced lawyers. Thus, emerging leaders learn from those who have experience and effectiveness in the field of leadership.
