In your video, describe path analysis to college students interested in conducting research in psychology. Be sure to address the following points:
- Explain what path analysis is and when it is used. When is it not appropriate to use path analysis? Provide examples to highlight your findings.
- Define key terminology associated with path analysis (e.g., exogenous and endogenous variables).
- Create and present three simple path diagrams: correlated, mediated, and independent.
- Provide an example of when it would be useful to conduct path analysis by describing a psychological research study. Tip: Locate a research article that uses path analysis from the NCU library and share a summary with your audience.
Length: 3 to 5-minute video accompanied by 10-12 PowerPoint slides. Be sure to include a final slide with your references.

The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
