- Reflection Paper on Application of Biblical Foundations: Write a minimum 1-page reflection on each of the two questions below, connecting the course content with the biblical foundations reflected in each of the Bible passages and/or situation and what you learned from this class and these passages in the context of applied biblical leadership and management principles.
1. Be able to discuss and highlight how thought and creativity are reflected in at least one of the following Biblical passages pertaining to Creation: (1) Creation: Genesis 1-2:1-3, (2) The Flood: Genesis 6-8, (3) The Tower of Babel: Genesis 11:1-9 and (4) Re-Creation: Revelation 21-22. Also, how a leader(s) and their organization(s) may be impacted and/or influenced in similar processes in their general business applications and/or practices.
2. Be able to identify and discuss how Redemption was manifested in the lives of at
least one of the following Biblical individuals: (1) Nicodemus: John 3:1-21 and John
19:38-42; (2) Peter: John 18: 15-26 and John 21:15-19. Each of these individuals
experienced God’s restorative power of love, change and forgiveness resulting in a
new birth experience thought and creativity lives. Explain how and in what capacity
are leaders able to experience similar redemption in their lives and to what extent it
may have on their thought and creativity as it relates to their leadership in the scope
of service in their business, organization or society at large.
