  • Give 1-2 introductory statements that explain the purpose of the study or the hypothesis being tested.
  • Describe the methodology giving treatments and measurements made.
  • Devote approximately 2/3 of the abstract to the results.
  • Provide 1-2 interpretative statements (discussion) and a concluding remark to finish the abstract.
