(these questions are just to help point you in the right direction….. it is a different focus than our discussion in week 6. The focus is on patient use, not nursing use). You can also use information about your week 12 paper topic. You can provide generic information related to your topic and then provide specific information that pertains to your disease topic and population for the week 12 paper.
(my week 12 paper topic is the issues of addiction on low income Americans if you don’t mind discussing it
- Introduce your topic and its significance to informatics and empowerment of patients
- Discuss the benefits to patients as well as any concerns or barriers to its use
- Consider any ethical, legal, privacy issues and how these can be resolved
- Explain how your topic ties in with interprofessional collaboration
- There should be a minimum of 500 words for your initial post.
- You should use a minimum of two (2) scholarly articles to support your discussion in addition to your textbook, course resources, or website
- Please use level one (1) headers for each section of your discussion (see p. 62 in the APA Manual).
