I am going to pay close attention to the concept maps to these areas:
1. Medical diagnosis and history make sure you do pathology for both and that turn-it-in is 20% or below. That is the plagiarism check
2. Make sure that the nursing diagnosis is appropriate to the medical diagnosis.
3. Education: give signs and symptoms that relate to the diagnosis of when the patient should come back to ED. Who they should follow up with. Example: They need to follow up with their PCP in one week after discharge.
4. Labs- the abnormal labs how does it tie into the diagnosis.
