the event that i can recall in which i took the role of the leader is the when we had to do a project for one of my nursing class (NURS458) and we had to come up with a PICOT question. me and some of my classmates had a group chat and we were trying to come up with the question on time; however, non of my classmate was giving any suggestions on what the question will be, so i took it yo my hand and decided to look up multiple questions and present them to my team and see if they like one of them. i did that to speedup the process and so we can complete the task on time. i describe my leadership style to be Participative Leadership style since i like to involve my team in dissension making
