Provide information about the effectiveness these modifications? (statistics if available)
Identify normal values and patient goals if appropriate (i.e. normal BP, normal lipid levels etc.)
May refer patient to other websites if appropriate
Recommended Screenings
Identify what screenings are recommended to aid in early detection
Outline the guidelines for who should have these screenings, when and how often
