Good consideration on approaches and considerations when it comes to interprofessional collaboration as such approaches promote overall best outcomes. Often time barriers take place when it comes to both effective communication and collaboration. Let us look further at barriers to interprofessional collaboration. Carney et al (2019) share the relationship that positive and successful interprofessional collaboration where all feel of equal value and ownership promotes job satisfaction. What are your thoughts or experience on this factor and why is it important?
