Joe is a 65-year-old male who admitted to hospital for weakness and also a short of breath. Up on assessment his blood pressure reading was 89/36, HR- 121, and has a mottled skin and temperature of 102.6. Joe has also an altered mental status, a significant low urine output. Joe has diminished capillary refill that concerns body oxygen perfusion. He has not been alerted, oriented to place, time and the environment.
