For this assignment, you will write your exemplar and clinical narrative. Your assignment should include a clinical narrative about a patient experience and a professional exemplar on either leadership, ethics, or technology in nursing.

Your assignment should be at least 2 pages in length.

Requirements for your Assignment:

For the clinical narrative portion, you may include a clinical situation where you believe your nursing care made a difference in the care of the patient or you learned a critical lesson that influenced or changed your practice going forward.

For your exemplar, you may include your view on leadership practices, ethical decisions, or technology influences in nursing.

1. Review the Yale New Haven Hospital: Clinical Nursing Exemplar Guidelines located in this week’s learning resources to guide you when writing your clinical narrative.
2. Please include three to five references including at least two scholarly resources that support ideas and concepts presented in your exemplar/narrative.
