Next, download the DoubleEntryReadingLog (1).docx, and save it on your computer as a .doc or .docx file. In the left-hand column of the Double Entry Reading Log entitled “What it Says,” choose 5 quotations from the article that interest you. Then, in the right-hand column entitled “What I Think,” write exactly what you liked, disliked, agreed with, or disagreed with for each quotation selected. Type directly on the saved document to complete this log. After you complete the log, save the document again, and then close it before uploading it for submission. This exercise will help you understand and remember ideas and impressions you have while reading, and after reading, the article.
