Instructions
- Find a minimum of three quotations of the assigned text that you think is the author’s main argument, purpose, intent, thesis, etc. Type out those quotes with the proper citation (e.g. author name pg. #).
- Immediately following each quote you need to explain how the quote functions within the reading. What does it do? Why is it important? Etc. Then write a question in reference to what you have just quoted.
- Answer your own question.
- Read Nostra Aetate from the Second Vatican Council and complete the group Quotes and Questions. This reading is to be juxtaposed with the Prothero text.
