In the PowerPoint lecture, we reviewed the factors that contribute our current beliefs, functions, processes and understanding of Health Care. Attached is an article that describe a healthcare situation in which all these ideas come into play.
Read the article and discuss the situation to include at least the following:
- Describe two ways in which the healthcare of the patients and the after response were influenced by the factors presented above and, in the PowerPoint, or ideas from your pre-requisite classes e. g. long term care, population health etc.
- Describe at least one thing that must be changed to prevent this situation in the future.
