Create a comprehensive flexibility plan to follow for the rest of the semester that:

Follows the frequency and time guidelines 

Includes both dynamic stretches (especially before your workout) and static stretches (at the end of the workout)

  • If you already have a plan like this in place, add some new stretches that were listed in the chapter or perhaps research some new ones you can use.
  • Perhaps vary the stretches based on the type of workout you have planned.
  • Include a copy of this plan with this assignment.
